(a) Any recipient of assistance who is moved, moves, or is taken to another county in this state shall be required to notify the appropriate division of the Department of Human Services of the removal and may, if otherwise eligible, receive assistance in the county to which he or she has moved. (b) The office of the county from which he or she has moved shall transfer all necessary records relating to the recipient to the office of the county to which he or she has moved.
