Child support - Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program

The Department of Human Services shall require a custodial parent or noncustodial parent to cooperate with the Office of Child Support Enforcement of the Revenue Division of the Department of Finance and Administration as a condition of eligibility for the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program as authorized under 7 C.F.R. § 273.11 , as it existed on January 1, 2019. Added by Act 2019, No. 1043,§ 1, eff. 7/24/2019.
