Authority to seek funding

(a) The Department of Health may make application for, receive, and administer grant funding from public or private sources for the development, implementation, or enhancement of the Prescription Drug Monitoring Program. (b) A fee shall not be levied against practitioners for the purpose of funding or complying with the Prescription Drug Monitoring Program. Acts 2011, No. 304, § 1.
