Annually, the Secretary of the Department of Agriculture shall submit a report on the operations, implementation, and administration of the State Meat Inspection Program to the: (1) Governor; (2) Chair of the House Committee on Agriculture, Forestry, and Economic Development; and (3) Chair of the Senate Committee on Agriculture, Forestry, and Economic Development. Added by Act 2021, No. 418,§ 2, eff. 3/23/2021.
