(a) An individual may file a complaint against a healthcare professional or healthcare facility for failing to comply with this subchapter with the appropriate state agency or licensing board, including the Department of Health and the Department of Human Services. (b) The appropriate state agency or licensing board shall investigate the complaint. Added by Act 2021, No. 311,§ 1, eff. 3/10/2021.
