(a) Vehicles purchased with milk inspection fee funds or assigned to the Grade "A" Milk and Milk Products Inspection and Regulation Program shall be at the disposal of personnel of the program, provided in case of emergency or natural disaster that the motor vehicles may be used at the discretion of the Director of the Division of Environmental Health Protection of the Department of Health. (b) Motor vehicles purchased with moneys from the Milk Inspection Fees Fund shall not be loaned, transferred, or assigned to any other state agency on a permanent basis. (c) Any moneys received from the sale or trade of motor vehicles purchased with funds from the fund shall be credited to the fund. Acts 1981, No. 587, §§ 6-8; A.S.A. 1947, §§ 82-4011 -- 82-4013.
