Unlawful acts - Labeling ice milk

(a) It shall be unlawful to sell ice milk unless all containers are conspicuously so labeled. (b) Places where ice milk is sold at retail shall display a conspicuous legible sign containing the words "ICE MILK SOLD HERE" in plain block letters not less than six inches (6") high.
