Division of Environmental Health Protection - Regulatory powers and duties

(a) The Division of Environmental Health Protection of the Department of Health shall assume all regulatory duties, powers, and responsibilities now exercised by the various city or county health departments of the State of Arkansas pertaining to production and distribution of Grade "A" milk and milk products. (b) The division shall provide permits and inspection and laboratory services to all the milk producers, processors, and distributors. Acts 1977, No. 409, § 1; A.S.A. 1947, § 82-4001.
