(a) The State Board of Health may cause reports to be published summarizing all judgments, decrees, and court orders which have been rendered under this subchapter, including the nature of the charge and the disposition thereof. (b) The board may also cause to be disseminated such information regarding food, drugs, devices, and cosmetics as the board deems necessary in the interest of the public health and the protection of the consumer against fraud. (c) Nothing in this section shall be construed to prohibit the board from collecting, reporting, and illustrating the results of the investigations of the board.
