The Department of Human Services shall report annually on progress to the: (1) Governor; (2) House Committee on Aging, Children and Youth, Legislative and Military Affairs and the Senate Committee on Children and Youth; and (3) House Committee on Public Health, Welfare, and Labor and the Senate Committee on Public Health, Welfare, and Labor. Amended by Act 2013, No. 1132,§ 34, eff. 8/16/2013. Acts 2007, No. 1593, § 1.
