The Department of Human Services shall report annually on progress to the: (1) Governor; (2) House Committee on Aging, Children and Youth, Legislative and Military Affairs and the Senate Committee on Children and Youth; and (3) House Committee on Public Health, Welfare, and Labor and the Senate Committee on Public Health, Welfare, and Labor.
