(a) The Division of Aging, Adult, and Behavioral Health Services of the Department of Human Services shall adopt, promulgate, and enforce the rules and standards that may be necessary for the accomplishment of this subchapter. (b) The rules and standards shall be modified, amended, or rescinded from time to time by the division as may be in the public interest. Amended by Act 2019, No. 315,§ 2142, eff. 7/24/2019.
