Duty to provide screenings and evaluation studies

Mental health centers in this state, whether local or regional, which have been approved by the Secretary of the Department of Human Services shall provide, upon request of the courts of record in this state, screening and evaluation studies of such persons as shall be referred to the mental health center or clinic by the court. Mental health centers in this state, whether local or regional, which have been approved by the Secretary of the Department of Human Services shall provide, upon request of the courts of record in this state, screening and evaluation studies of such persons as shall be referred to the mental health center or clinic by the court.
