(a) Any person operating a public swimming pool in violation of this chapter or rules adopted pursuant to this chapter shall be guilty of a violation. (b) (1) Upon conviction, that person shall be fined not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500) for each offense. (2) Each day of operation after sufficient notice has been given shall constitute a separate offense. Amended by Act 2019, No. 315,§ 2128, eff. 7/24/2019.
