Prohibition of smoking at medical facilities

(a) Smoking of tobacco is prohibited in and on the grounds of all medical facilities. (b) (1) Each medical facility shall request any person who violates subsection (a) of this section to desist. (2) If the violation continues, the medical facility may report the violation to the appropriate law enforcement agency. Acts 2005, No. 134, § 1.
