(a) It is unlawful to sell or offer for sale herbal snuff in this state to persons under eighteen (18) years of age. (b) (1) A person who pleads guilty or nolo contendere to or is found guilty of violating this section is guilty of a violation and is subject to a fine not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100) per violation. (2) Each violation and conviction shall be deemed a separate offense. Acts 2011, No. 198, § 1.
