Subchapter not applicable to manufacture or renovation for domestic use

(a) There shall be nothing in this subchapter so construed as to prevent any individual from manufacturing, renovating, or having manufactured or renovated mattresses for his or her own home or domestic use. (b) Any individual, firm, or corporation who shall so manufacture or renovate a mattress for another, as set out in this subchapter, shall be required to label it as provided in § 20-27-205 .
