The Department of Health and the Division of Arkansas State Police are required to assist in the enforcement of this subchapter and of any rules promulgated by the State Board of Health relating to tourist camps, hotels, and rooming houses. Amended by Act 2019, No. 315,§ 2089, eff. 7/24/2019. Acts 1945, No. 110, § 4; A.S.A. 1947, § 71-1104.
