State Board of Health - Duties

The State Board of Health shall make necessary rules relating to tourist camps, hotels, or rooming houses not in conflict with any provision of this subchapter in order that: (1) The health and safety of guests may be protected; and (2) Tourist camps, hotels, or rooming houses may be operated in a lawful manner. Amended by Act 2019, No. 315,§ 2088, eff. 7/24/2019. Acts 1945, No. 110, § 3; A.S.A. 1947, § 71-1103.
