It is the policy of the State of Arkansas to provide a coordinated effort to enhance the capability of the individual state and local agencies to carry out their statutory response requirements in the event of a nuclear power plant accident at Arkansas Nuclear One, Units One and Two. Acts 1983, No. 544, § 1; A.S.A. 1947, § 82-1551.
