Arkansas Nuclear Planning and Response Fund

All funds collected by the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State pursuant to this subchapter shall be deposited into the State Treasury as special revenues, and the full amount thereof shall be credited to the Arkansas Nuclear Planning and Response Fund. The fund shall be used exclusively for the operation and maintenance of the Nuclear Planning and Response Program. Acts 1980 (1st Ex. Sess.), No. 67, § 5; A.S.A. 1947, § 82-1545.
