(a) Each person who manufactures, distributes, installs, repairs, or uses electronic products shall establish and maintain such records, make such reports, and provide such information as the State Electronic Product Control Agency may by rule reasonably require to enable the agency to determine the compliance of the person with this subchapter. (b) Any report or information concerning trade secrets or secret industrial processes obtained under this subchapter shall not be disclosed or opened to public inspection except as may be necessary for the performance of the functions of the agency.
