Informational or educational booklets

(a) If booklets or other information sources on the importance of organ donations are provided through the grant program established under § 20-17-502 , the Revenue Division of the Department of Finance and Administration shall make the materials available to the public through the various offices of the division. (b) The booklets or other information sources shall be approved by the Department of Health. Acts 2003, No. 1362, § 4.
