A taxpayer of this state or any political subdivision of this state shall have standing to bring suit to enforce this subchapter against: (1) The state, any official, department, division, agency, or political subdivision of this state; and (2) A recipient of public funds that is in violation of this subchapter. Added by Act 2019, No. 653,§ 1, eff. 1/1/2020.
