(a) Upon the adoption of an Emergency Medical Services Do Not Resuscitate Protocol by the State Board of Health, the Department of Health may adopt a standard form of Do Not Resuscitate Identification to be used statewide. (b) The department shall adopt rules to administer the provisions of this subchapter. Acts 1993, No. 1101, § 6.
