Military emergency medical personnel

(a) Military personnel who return to the State of Arkansas following active duty and who received emergency medical training on active duty shall be granted initial licensure from the Department of Health as emergency medical services personnel under this subchapter, upon proof from the military that the individual received emergency medical training while on active duty. (b) Military personnel licensed under this section shall pay the fees for biennial renewal of the emergency medical services personnel license required under this subchapter.
