Procedure for challenge

(a) A person may challenge the completeness or accuracy of criminal history information pursuant to § 12-12-1013 . (b) The Division of Emergency Medical Services shall follow the established procedures for applicants to challenge determinations in accordance with the Arkansas Administrative Procedure Act, § 25-15-201 et seq., as stated in the current EMS Rules.
