Ombudsman program

The Division of Aging, Adult, and Behavioral Health Services of the Department of Human Services shall establish and administer an ombudsman program in accordance with the Older Americans Act, 42 U.S.C. § 3001 et seq., as amended, and all applicable federal and state laws, including the Arkansas Administrative Procedure Act, § 25-15-201 et seq. Amended by Act 2017, No. 913,§ 57, eff. 8/1/2017. Acts 1987, No. 252, § 2.
