(a) The Office of Long-Term Care may by rule establish terms and conditions for reciprocity licensure of individuals currently licensed in good standing as long-term care facility administrators in other states. (b) At their option, applicants qualifying for reciprocity licensure may be granted a nonrenewable temporary license not to exceed one hundred twenty (120) days upon condition of payment of a fifty-dollar temporary license fee and upon meeting the terms and conditions established by the office for the temporary license.
