(a) The Department of Human Services may charge fees which shall be paid by assisted living facilities to cover administrative costs associated with licensing, inspection, and the regulation of assisted living facilities. (b) The department shall promulgate rules necessary for charging administrative fees. Amended by Act 2019, No. 315,§ 1909, eff. 7/24/2019. Acts 2001, No. 1230, § 5.
