Receivership - Applicability of administrative procedures

The actions of the Secretary of the Department of Agriculture in connection with petitioning for appointment as a receiver, and all actions under such appointment, shall not be subject to the provisions of the Arkansas Administrative Procedure Act, § 25-15-201 et seq. Amended by Act 2023, No. 588,§ 16, eff. 8/1/2023. Acts 1989 (3rd Ex. Sess.), No. 53, § 7.
