(a) In order to fund or partially fund the Equine Infectious Anemia Control and Eradication Program, the Arkansas Livestock and Poultry Commission may, by appropriately adopted administrative rules, design and maintain a fee structure for the purpose of defraying the cost of services performed. (b) The fees collected shall be deposited into the State Treasury as special revenues and shall be credited to the Livestock and Poultry Equine Infectious Anemia Control Fund created on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State.
