Poultry and egg grading program

The Arkansas Livestock and Poultry Commission is authorized to establish a Poultry and Egg Grading Program in this state which shall be established in cooperation with the United States Department of Agriculture and shall be in compliance with the applicable standards and requirements as prescribed by the United States Department of Agriculture for federal poultry and egg grading purposes. Acts 1965, No. 49, § 1; A.S.A. 1947, § 78-316.
