Dealer license - Fee

(a) Each person or entity desiring to engage in business as a ginseng dealer in this state shall annually make application for and obtain a license to do so from the State Plant Board. (b) The annual license fee for a ginseng dealer license shall be fifty dollars ($50.00), which shall accompany the application for the license. Acts 1985, No. 774, § 4; A.S.A. 1947, § 77-143.
