False representations

(a) It shall be unlawful for any person to expose or offer for sale or sell, transport, deliver, or consign, or have in his or her possession for sale products covered by this subchapter packed in a closed package in which the label or exposed surface gives a false representation of the contents of the package. (b) It shall be considered a false representation if the exposed surface does not reasonably represent the size, quality, and varietal characteristics of the remaining portions of the package.
