(a) The State Plant Board is authorized and empowered to promulgate rules and notices for carrying out the purposes and provisions of this subchapter. (b) All fees and moneys collected or received by inspectors, employees, or agents of the board under this subchapter and the rules which may be promulgated under it shall be deposited in a manner prescribed in § 2-16-210 and shall be used for carrying out the provisions of this subchapter.
