Denial or revocation of registration

(a) The State Plant Board shall refuse to register any product that does not comply with this subchapter and the rules promulgated under it. (b) (1) The board is also authorized and empowered to revoke any registration upon satisfactory evidence that the registrant or any of his or her agents has used fraudulent or deceptive practices. (2) Registration shall not be revoked until the registrant has been given an opportunity for hearing before the board or its duly authorized agent. Acts 1977, No. 377, § 11; A.S.A. 1947, § 77-2111.
