(a) Any person selling or offering for sale any fertilizer or fertilizer material in violation of a provision of this subchapter, of a rule made under this subchapter, or of a notice issued under the authority of this subchapter shall be guilty of a violation. (b) Upon conviction, an offender shall be fined in any sum not less than one hundred dollars ($100) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500). Amended by Act 2019, No. 315,§ 14, eff. 7/24/2019.
