(a) If a public grain warehouseman desires to renew his or her license for an additional year, application for the renewal shall be made on a form prescribed by the Public Grain Warehouse Commissioner. (b) At least sixty (60) days before the expiration of each license, the commissioner shall notify each public grain warehouseman of the date of the expiration and furnish the public grain warehouseman with the renewal form.
