(a) Any person who issues a warehouse receipt for grain without holding a valid public grain warehouse license or who commits any willful violation of any provision of this subchapter shall be guilty of a Class D felony. (b) Any unintentional or negligent violation of this subchapter shall be a Class A misdemeanor. Acts 1979, No. 83, § 37; A.S.A. 1947, § 77-1337.
