Interagency cooperation

A coordinated, concerted effort by the various agencies affected by the thistle problem is necessary to realize a proper remedy and therefore it is requested that the State Plant Board, Arkansas Forestry Commission, Arkansas Natural Resources Commission, Division of Agriculture of the University of Arkansas, United States Natural Resources Conservation Service, the several conservation districts, and all other interested agencies cooperate with each other and coordinate their efforts toward the eradication of thistles in this state.
