Abolition of district

(a) Any district established under the provisions of this subchapter may be abolished upon a majority vote of the landowners of the district at a special election called for that purpose. (b) The question of abolishing a district shall be submitted to the landowners of the district in the same manner as is provided in § 2-16-502 .
