Revenue sharing

The Office of Intergovernmental Services shall be responsible for providing technical assistance to units of local government on matters relating to federal revenue sharing. The Office of Intergovernmental Services is designated as the liaison between the federal Office of Revenue Sharing [abolished] and local governments in Arkansas. Acts 1983, No. 498, § 9; A.S.A. 1947, § 13-766.
