Geological and Conservation Federal Fund

(a) There is created and established in the Treasurer of State's office a fund to be known as the "Geological and Conservation Federal Fund". (b) Federal funds as may be allotted to the Office of the State Geologist are to be deposited into the fund. Amended by Act 2023, No. 697,§ 18, eff. 7/1/2023. Acts 1961 (1st Ex. Sess.), No. 23, § 6; A.S.A. 1947, § 13-729.
