Arkansas Cyber Initiative Fund

(a) There is created on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a special revenue fund to be known as the "Arkansas Cyber Initiative Fund". (b) The fund shall consist of: (1) All moneys appropriated to the fund by the General Assembly; and (2) Any gifts, contributions, grants, or bequests received from federal, private, or other sources. (c) The fund shall be used by the Arkansas Economic Development Commission for the purposes set out in the Arkansas Cyber Initiative Act, § 25-26-301 et seq.
