Law Enforcement Training Fund

(a) There is created on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a special revenue fund to be known as the "Law Enforcement Training Fund". (b) The fund shall consist of such revenues as may be collected under § 12-41-505 or as otherwise authorized by law. (c) The fund shall be used by the Arkansas Commission on Law Enforcement Standards and Training to establish and conduct training for law enforcement officers, personnel, jailers, 911 operators, or other persons determined by the commission to qualify for the training.
