Interpreters between Hearing Individuals and Individuals who are Deaf, Deafblind, Hard of Hearing, or Oral Deaf Fund

(a) There is created on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a special revenue fund to be known as the "Interpreters between Hearing Individuals and Individuals who are Deaf, Deafblind, Hard of Hearing, or Oral Deaf Fund". (b) (1) All moneys collected under § 20-14-801 et seq. shall be deposited into the State Treasury to the credit of the fund as special revenues. (2) The fund also shall consist of any other revenues authorized by law. (c) The fund shall be used by the Department of Health to pay costs related to the Advisory Board for Interpreters between Hearing Individuals and Individuals who are Deaf, Deafblind, Hard of Hearing, or Oral Deaf and the licensure of licensed qualified interpreters under § 20-14-801 et seq.
