Public Legal Aid Fund

(a) There is created on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a special revenue fund to be known as the "Public Legal Aid Fund". (b) The fund shall consist of such revenues as may be authorized by law. (c) The fund shall be used for providing financial support for public legal aid organizations and distributed as follows: (1) Forty-five percent (45%) of the fund shall be paid to Legal Aid of Arkansas; and (2) Fifty-five percent (55%) of the fund shall be paid to the Center for Arkansas Legal Services. Acts 2005, No. 1893, § 2.
