Crime Lab Equipment Fund

The Crime Lab Equipment Fund shall consist of those special revenues as specified in § 19-6-301(30) and other moneys as authorized by law, there to be used only for the purchase of equipment, constructing and equipping regional crime laboratories, and for the personal services and operating expenses of regional crime laboratories as set out in § 12-12-323 . Acts 2001, No. 229, § 11; 2001, No. 1642, § 4.
