Firemen's and Police Officers' Pension and Relief Fund

The Firemen's and Police Officers' Pension and Relief Fund shall consist of those special revenues as specified in § 19-6-301(27) , there to be used for distribution to the various qualified city, town, or fire protection district police officers' pension and relief funds and firemen's pension funds as set out in § 24-11-301 . Acts 2001, No. 229, § 10.
