The Arkansas Nuclear Planning and Response Fund shall consist of those special revenues as specified in § 19-6-301(60) , there to be used for the operation and maintenance of the Arkansas Nuclear Planning and Response Program, as set out in § 20-21-401 et seq. Acts 1973, No. 808, § 14; 1983, No. 222, § 6; A.S.A. 1947, § 13-503.13.
